This privacy policy is issued on behalf of all Soul Yoga companies. All the different Soul Yoga legal entities have decided that the Danish company Soul Yoga is our global data controller (the one responsible for the data). You have the right to complain. Before contacting us, please remember one thing. Our websites and applications may contain links to other websites that we do not own or control. Our data collection policies: We take your privacy very seriously, so we only ask for the information we need to provide you with a great service. Customers can register any accounts and services they want to use. Customers can use eloomi’s online and offline learning experience. We can send customers any information they request from us or respond to their questions. We may ask customers to give us feedback on our services through questionnaires and surveys. How we process personal data: When you visit our online products or channels, we use technologies such as cookies, flash cookies, pixels and web beacons to process your personal data. How long do we retain your personal information: We will retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as long as it is needed to provide our products and services. If we ever experience a data breach where customer information may be misused, we will contact customers as required by law. We will also contact data protection authorities if necessary.
